1. Introduction

Welcome to RiseVisionCore. By accessing or using our website at risevisioncore.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Our personal growth courses are delivered either in-person or online. These offerings focus on skill development, mindset training, and self-improvement.

Schedule Changes: Clients may reschedule a booked session up to 7 days before the start date by notifying us via email. Requests made within 7 days are subject to approval.

No refund shall apply to services explicitly marked as non-refundable. This includes sessions delivered at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional package. We encourage clients to review all session details before confirming.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital workbooks, video tutorials, and downloadable guides. Upon purchase, access is granted immediately and delivered via email or user account.

Due to the digital nature of these products, they are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us and we will provide support or a replacement file.

4. Physical Goods

Our physical goods include printed materials and branded merchandise. All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Defective or damaged items may be replaced within 14 days of delivery. To request a replacement, send a photo of the defect to our support team. We will send a new item at no extra charge.

5. Refund Policy

General Refund Process: To request a refund, submit your request within the timeframe specified below to our support team. Provide your full name, email address, and order information. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

Services: Refund requests for services must be submitted at least 7 days before the start date. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Sessions completed or started are not eligible for refund.

Information Products: Refunds are not available for digital downloads once access is granted. If access issues occur, we will assist with technical resolution.

Physical Goods: Refund requests for physical goods are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Rescheduling: Clients who cannot attend a service session may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the event. There is no fee for rescheduling within this period. Rescheduling requests made later are subject to availability and approval.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
